By selecting your business in the panel on the left, you need to scroll down to the review summary. Then scroll down the review that is fake and then click on the flag icon. You will see a form in which you can fill the details needed by Google. After that press the submit button.
By completing the form then you need to wait for the response. Google team is quite busy and might take many days to assess all the fake reviews. If after a few days the review has not been removed then you need to contact the Google My Business Specialist. They will be able to talk you through the process; you need to just visit their page.
